Current Developments:

Aero Crossings (2311 N. Hollywood Way) - The proposed project will encompass 862 residential units, 80 low-income units, and 12 live/work spaces. In addition to the residential units, Aero Crossings will include 9,700 SF of retail space, 151,800 SF of office space, 1,613 parking spaces and 91,575 SF of open space that includes paseos, courtyards and roof decks.

Cambria Hotel (2801 N. Hollywood Way) - A six-story hotel on a 69,696 square foot lot. The area of the proposed hotel is 80,183 square feet, and it will include 150 guest rooms, along with a ground-level bar, fitness center, and meeting rooms.

ALOFT and Residence Inn Hotel (2500 N. Hollywood Way) - A proposed seven (7) story dual-brand hotel that would be operated by Aloft Hotels and Residence Inn. The hotel will consist of 420 hotel rooms – 219 hotel rooms operated by Aloft and 201 hotel rooms operated by Residence Inn.

Airport Replacement Terminal (2627 N. Hollywood Way) - A new 14-gate, 355,000-square-foot replacement terminal to be built with up to 6,637 parking spaces.

SB 35 Projects:
2814 W. Empire Ave - This project includes the construction of a multi-family residential building with 148 units, 7 on-site parking stalls, and 18 bicycle stalls.

3000 & 3001 W. Empire Ave - Combined these projects include the construction of a multi-family residential building with 471 units, 99 parking stalls, and 52,502 square feet of open space.
