Aero Crossings

Estimated Completion Date: TBD

862 residential units (80 low-income units, and 12 live-work spaces), 9,700-square-foot of retail space, 151,800-square-foot of office space, 1,613 parking spaces, and 91,575-square-foot of open space including paseos, courtyards, and roof decks.

First Street Village
First Street and Magnolia Boulevard
Status: Under Construction
Estimated Completion Date: Late 2024

Mixed-use project consisting of three six-story buildings with 275 multi-family apartments and 18,876-square-foot of ground retail and commercial space. The property is the first of its kind to include 14 affordable housing units.

Home 2 Suites by Hilton

Five-story, 43,896-square-foot hotel with 84 rooms.

ALOFT and Residence Inn Hotel
2500 N. Hollywood Way
Status: TBD

A proposed 7-story dual-brand hotel that would be operated by Aloft Hotels and Residence Inn. The hotel will consist of 420 hotel rooms – 219 hotel rooms operated by Aloft and 201 hotel rooms operated by Residence Inn.

AC Hotel

Six-story 196-room hotel with a 3,800 square feet ground-level restaurant and three levels of subterranean parking. Amenities to include a fitness center, lounge, pool, outdoor courtyard, and rooftop viewing deck.

4100 W. Riverside Drive Mixed Use Project

A proposed mixed-use development with a total of 72 residential units, 17,144 square feet of commercial space and 155 parking spaces.

LaTerra SELECT
777 Front St (Zero Site)
Estimated Completion Date: 2024-2025

A mixed-use project featuring 573 rental units, a 307-room 7-story hotel, and 1,067 sq. ft. of ground retail. The residential portion consists of an 8-story building with one level of underground parking.

Airport Replacement Terminal
2627 N. Hollywood Way Burbank CA 91505
Status: 2024 - Replacement Terminal opens. Demolition of existing terminal completed within 12 months of replacement terminal operations.

A new 14-gate, 355,000-square-foot replacement terminal to be built with up to 6,637 parking spaces.

Ranch Lot Studios
411 N. Hollywood Way

A 30-acre studio campus in 926,180 sq. ft. consisting of 16 sound stages and a five-story office building and parking structure.

The Pickwick Project

Construction of 92 three-story residential townhomes ranging from 1,333 to 1,912 square feet on a 5.05-acre site.

Bob Hope Center

The proposed project is a new mixed-use residential/commercial building that consists of 144 rental residential units (15 very-low-income units), 1,058 square feet of commercial ground-floor area, 2-levels of subterranean parking areas, and a publicly accessible open space (Bob Hope Park).

Butterfly Gardens

Construction of 6 3-story residential structures containing 23 townhomes, 44 enclosed parking spaces, and 2 open parking spaces.

SB 35 Projects:

2814 W. Empire Ave - This project includes the construction of a multi-family residential building with 148 units, 7 on-site parking stalls, and 18 bicycle stalls.

3000 & 3001 W. Empire Ave - Combined these projects include the construction of a multi-family residential building with 471 units, 99 parking stalls, and 52,502 square feet of open space.
