Economic Development provides one-on-one Business Concierge Services and helps with finding a location, verifying zoning, obtaining permits, and additional assistance through the entitlement process. Obtain Business Permits and Licenses

If you are opening a business in Burbank, you need a business license or building permit. Please visit the first floor of the Community Services Building at 150 N 3rd Street, or click here for more detailed information on starting your business.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (closed 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm).

BWP offers rebates to ALL Burbank businesses that make energy-efficient retrofits at their facilities.
